We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do. Orders received after 2:30 PM Mon-Fri will be processes the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processes on Monday or next business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

International customers will be required by their country to pay duties, taxes and carrier's broker fees before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Soccer Locker merchandise and shipping charges.

Soccerlocker.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the “international checkout” option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. NO RISK RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returning New Items

All products sold are picked by our staff, players and coaches, making our product selection unique. Here at Soccer Locker Miami we know that sometimes the item that you bought turns out to be different than what you expected. For a full refund for the cost of the item or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. For exchange items, the customer will pay for the shipping charges back to Soccer Locker and we will pay for the shipping back to the customer. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. 

If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (UPS Ground service) in consideration of our error and the welfare of your business with us.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

Note: There are NO returns allowed on Sale Items, customized items, videos, or DVD's with opened packaging.
