Measure the circumference of the fullest part of the palm, excluding the thumb (like drawing at left).

Round up to the next highest inch. Then add 1 to the measurement to determine your glove size: (ex. 8" + 1 = 9)

Thus 9 would be the glove size.

Measure both hands and order the bigger size.

Remember: Goalkeeping gloves should be worn big, as much as 1.5" over the length of your fingers.
