ages between 6 and 17 both boys and girls and
all kind of levels of play.

The Sunblazer organization prides itself in a
coaching staff that has a united coaching philosophy,
talent, and belief in development. Our strength
is that all the coaches have deep roots in the
community and a desire to help develop the local
talent.
At
Sunblazer Soccer Camp we believe
that every day should have a theme, thus strengthening
one of “The Five Basics of Soccer”
Passing, Dribbling, Receiving, Finishing, Heading,
each day. By introducing the game to the player
in this manner, the progression on a daily and
weekly basis is easy to grasp. By the end of the
week the player has a stronger understanding of
the technique of each element, thus making for
a more confident athlete on and off the field.
Each day includes a review of the previous days
theme. All the drills are concentrated on that
days theme. Scrimmaging both small sided and full
field is an intricate part of daily training.

The Miami Pro Soccer Academy is
not merely a name. Three of the head coaches are presently
playing for Miami FC, and Luchi Gonzalez and Eric
Vasquez have played in the MLS, South America and
Europe. Coach Shapiro has twenty-two years of coaching
experience, and in addition to four state championships
with Gulliver Prep, he has also earned numerous victories
at the club level and has had many players go on to
play both division 1 and professional soccer— and
Coach Stephanie de Souza is a division 1 college player
who is a member of the U20 Trinidad National team.
Thus, it truly is not an exaggeration when we say
our program is designed with the competitive youth
player in mind. Experienced coaches and actual professional
players work directly with academy students to develop
and enhance technical skills, tactical knowledge,
field vision and physical conditioning.
Emphasis will be placed on first touch, moving to
space, maintaining possession, over-lapping runs and
attacking/finishing in the offensive third. In addition,
separate goal-keeper training will take place with
Kristian Gonzalez, a former member of the US U17 National
team, and the goalie for Miami FC.
